How to use

1. Wear the support over your knee, Place the smooth part against your skin, and with only one strap hole above your kneecap. During holding the support, Wrap the middle strap under your knee and then attach the fastener to the support.

2. Wrap both of the remaining two straps under your knee, then attach them both to the support. Adjust to achieve an ideal fit and strong support and comfort.

Care Instructions

Close all of the support's fasteners before washing. Wash it manually by hand with soft soap in water with medium temperature (warm), Rinse hardly, and leave it to dry by air.
