Designed to apply heat therapy to the pain of the lower back, as well as arthritis, tensions, and muscle aches.

How does it work?

As you heat in the Microwave, it will absorb the moisture in the air and distribute it to provide moist heat deep-penetrating therapy, no additional moistening is needed.

Filled with special micro-beads.
Not harmful to the environment, no latex included.
Enjoy the warmth for up to 30 minutes.
Just microwave it and apply it, easy to use.

An important note of Heating Method:

Place product in a clean microwave and set to 600 or 800 Watt.
Heat for 1 minute, remove from microwave, and touch to test.
If additional heat is desired, continue heating in 20-second increments.
Total heating of 2 minutes should not be exceeded
