How to use

1. After you open all the fasteners, place your foot heel over the opening with the supporting section behind your foot. Close the top strap.

2. Wrap the left-side bottom strap around and attach the fastener to the other opposite side just below the ankle bone. The same goes for the right strap. Now you can adjust straps for best support and comfort.

Care Instructions

Make sure you keep all fasteners closed prior to washing. Always Wash by hand with a soft soap in medium temperature water (warm), Rinse and leave it to dry by air.
